Statue of Guanyin

The full statue of Guanyin was crafted from the finest "Quanzhou White Stone" from Quanzhou, China.

The statue was meticulously sculpted by an artisan who performed rituals such as incense burning, bathing, fasting, and dedicating themselves to the task with sincerity.

This location was chosen by the abbot of Zhongtai Chan Temple, Master Weijue, as a spiritual site. Every detail, from the positioning of the Guanyin statue to the nearby stone mountains,

plants, and trees, was carefully planned by Master Weijue.

To the left of the statue, under the Bodhi tree, is the place where Master Weijue meditated before the completion of Zhongtai Chan Temple.

The large stone beneath the tree remains in its original form and is still preserved for public viewing.
